Dr. NR  co-founded E I Technologies in 2008  to provide engineering service in the fields of Water resources, Renewable solar  energy,  Oil & Gas and Highway projects.  Within a short span of five years the  organization grew  from a team of 10 engineers to a team of 160 engineers who are well trained and capable professionals  for executing and delivering  projects worldwide. This growth  was made possible by EIT because of Dr. NR’s critical ability to understand the needs of the clients and his excellent communication skills  to explain the  engineering solutions to client’s and his ability to work closely with the teams  to deliver the projects in time and within budget.

Dr. Ranganath is a graduate in Civil Engineering and pursuit his academic growth while working and obtained a  Post-graduate degree in Geotechnical Engineering from Bangalore University and a Doctorate degree  in  Renewable energy  from the  Pandit Deendayal Energy University, Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

Dr. NR is managing two schools which provide education to underprivileged students in remote villages of Tamil Nadu, India.  His scholarly discourses on Sankhya Shankara and Generation of Power as per Vedic science (Purusha Sookta) has been applauded by millions of people from across the globe.

His leadership style is rooted in humbleness, simplicity and spirituality. This enabled him to  guide the growth of his employees and the organization with a focus on ethical practices and holistic development. His journey epitomizes the fusion of academic brilliance, professional success, team work and a vision for transformative innovation in engineering.
